Land is located in area zoned for villas, not subject to large scale development nor in an area where there is any road noise looking out over wide open green valley with Dalat’s mountains in the distance.

Transportation
In 2007 the Government completed a runway extention for Dalat's airport enabling jet service to the airport. A new international terminal opened in September of 2009. Dalat now has frequent flights with direct service to and from Hanoi, ho Chi Minh and Danang by both Vietnam Airlines and Mekong Air.
In 2008, the Government completed a 4 lane divided highway between the airport and Dalat and a new highway between Dalat and Nha Trang also opened. A new 4 lane highway between Ho Chi Minh and Dalat is in the planning stage with the purpose of reducing the ground travel time between those cities.
About Ownership and Leasing
The project developer will own and occupy Villa 1
Vietnamese eligible to own property in Vietnam will purchase a free hold interest in their lot and villa pursuant to the laws of Vietnam
Foreigners currently not eligible to own property in Vietnam will purchase a 50 year lease which can be extended pursuant to the lease agreement as permitted by law without further payment to lessor or turned into free hold interest if and when the laws of Vietnam permit again without further payment to the lessor
About The Developer
La Vallee de Dalat is being developed by Mrs. Le Ngoc Khanh Tam. Mrs. Tam is a life long resident of Dalat and the owner of some of Dalat’s most valuable land for private housing development. She has worked on a number of successful projects in the past
She is joined by Barry J. Israel, an American citizen, who is providing additional financing and consultation on the project. Mr. Israel is the former owner of Danao International Holdings, Ltd., (www.danaoproperties.com) which was the developer and owner of the Sofitel Dalat Palce Hotel, the Dalat Novotel and the Dalat Palace Golf Club as well as numerous other projects in Vietnam.
Feng Shui
The architect, Asiatique Design (www.asiatiquedesign.com), and the developer have adopted Feng Shui principles in the design and development, and will work with buyers to accommodate specific requirements.
Homeowners’ Committee
For the first two years after the final house is completed, La Vallee de Dalat will be managed by Khanhtam Development,Ltd., Co and Dai Phuc,Ltd.,Co_ developers of the properties.
Thereafter, a Homeowners’ Committee will select the management company
Each home owner or lessee will be entitled to membership on the Homeowners’ Committee
Committee will supervise common areas of property and rules of ownership and lease pursuant to the purchase and lease contracts>
Each homeowner and lessee will pay a quarterly fee to be administered by the project manager under supervision of the Homeowners’ Committee to pay for common costs including common areas gardening, lighting, and security costs.
Farm animals will not be permitted on the property but normal house pets are acceptable
